This 7-session workshop (3 hours per session) delves into the world of crafting beautiful and functional teapots on the wheel.

Prerequisite: Completion of level 2 wheel throwing with the ability to center upto 800 grams clay.

  • Open Studio access (optional): Brush up your throwing skills before the class begins with additional open studio sessions (at an extra cost).

  • Spout mastery: Discover the secrets of creating a smooth-pouring spout that complements your teapot design.

  • Handle artistry: Explore crafting beautiful and comfortable handles that enhance the form and usability of your teapot.

  • Lid creation: Learn to throw and attach a secure and well-fitting lid for your teapot.

  • Finishing touches: Learn the proper methods for cleaning and waxing your bisque ware before glazing.

  • Glazing and firing: Unleash your creativity with a dedicated glazing session. Fire your handcrafted teapots to enjoy for years to come.

Flexible scheduling: Weekly 3 classes of 3 hours each.
(10:30 AM - 1:30 PM or 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM).

The workshop fee of ₹10,250 includes taxes, all materials (including sandalwood clay), glazes, and firing for 3 teapots.
Additional pieces can be fired for a small extra cost.
